Get away and unplug, allowing an energetic shift to unfold through workshops, meditation, gentle flowing Yoga sessions, and heart connection with like-minded people.
Join us in the beautiful, tranquil McLaren Vale, for a very special weekend of yoga, meditation, powerful personal development sessions and inspiring conversations and connections. We will do a lot of work on ourselves but we will also laugh and have lots of fun.
You will leave the retreat feeling freer, calmer, more peaceful and with great clarity and purpose about your life moving forward. You will take home a mindfulness and movement home practice, and a deeper understanding of what is most important to you and how to communicate that effectively within your key relationships.

14th December - Andrew's Goal Setting Session
Our aim with this retreat is for you to take away a feeling of peace, get out of your head and into your body and be present in the here and now. To aide in this, we will provide a healthy lunch and politely request you adhere to the following for the 2 days:
- No alcohol
- No caffeine
- No refined sugar
- Rooms are likely to book up quickly for December so we would advise to book ASAP.
